Description
NHS Cheshire and Merseyside Integrated Care Board is seeking suitably qualified providers to deliver the Cheshire and Merseyside WorkWell Service across nine locality Lots. The service will provide early intervention work and health support to help people with health conditions or disabilities to start, stay in or return to work.

Suppliers must demonstrate relevant experience and technical capability to deliver the WorkWell Service. This includes experience of delivering social prescribing, employability, health and/or wellbeing support; effective partnership working with health services, primary care, local authorities, employers, employment programmes and VCFSE/community organisations; delivery of accessible and culturally appropriate services; and sufficient organisational, management, governance and delivery capability.

Payment terms
Payment will be made in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Contract. The Authority’s standard payment terms are 30 days from receipt of a valid and undisputed invoice.
Description of risks to contract performance
The procurement is dependent upon continued programme funding and achievement of required approvals. Risks include mobilisation, workforce recruitment and retention, demand variation, delivery across multiple localities, information governance compliance and achievement of programme outcomes. Appropriate contract management and performance monitoring arrangements will be implemented to mitigate these risks.
