Waltham Forest Adult, Children, and Families Weight Management Tender
In Waltham Forest, healthy weight has been a priority area of work for the Local Authority and our
partners for a number of years. We have recently published a new Healthy Weight Strategy for the
next five years – 2023-27 and it focuses on establishing a successful whole systems approach to
creating a healthy weight environment for our residents. An effective pathway of weight
management support services is a core component of our approach, sitting alongside a
comprehensive programme of prevention activities.
