Description
Neighbourhood Support Housing Services for Young People age 16 and 17 will provide: Twelve (12) units of accommodation with intensive outcome focused support for young people, aged 16 to 17 years, who are experiencing or at risk of homelessness and may have complex emotional and behavioural needs in relation to trauma and adverse childhood experiences, including care leavers and unaccompanied asylum seekers.

Description of risks to contract performance
While the tender outlines an estimated number of 12 units required, it is acknowledged that this is a demand-driven service. As such, there are inherent risks associated with fluctuations in demand which may increase or decrease over time. These variations are recognised and will be managed within the parameters of the contract. The Supplier is expected to respond flexibly to evolving requirements and to engage proactively and collaboratively to ensure service continuity and value for money.
