Description
Supported Living Services in line with Supported Living Service Specification for assessed needs as identified in their Individual Care and Support Plan. This may include shared Hours, 1:1 hours and sleepover nights or waking nights. Will also involve supported access to the local community.

These Schemes present an Exclusive Right for the incumbent to to deliver the services
