The procurement involves the establishment of a framework agreement with several operators.

Envisaged maximum number of participants to the framework agreement: 80

Justification for any framework agreement duration exceeding 4 years: The ACE programme received an extension in Autumn 2019 that extends the contract until 2021, creating an overall lifespan of 5.5 years. The framework provides training opportunities for the disadvantaged communities that we work with and is a valuable part of our provision.
