Bromley Domiciliary Care Lead Patch Provider Framework
The Council is changing the way Domiciliary Care will be delivered in Bromley by supporting Service Users to maintain or increase their independence in order to have a positive impact on their health and well-being. This is part of a wider programme of work to refresh the Council’s commissioning priorities and develop the practice of our assessment and care management teams.
This Patch Framework Provision, is split into 4 Geographical Patches, as set out in the tender documents.
