Brighton and Hove City Council Market Testing – Supported Living and Community Support

Brighton and Hove City Council (the Council) are beginning the process of recommissioning their Supported Living and Community Support contracting arrangements for a range of client groups, including:

– Adults with learning disabilities
– Adults with physical disabilities
– Adults with sensory needs
– Adults with acquired brain injuries
– Adults who experience mental ill health
– Neurodiverse adults, including autism
– Adults with multiple and compound need
– Adults with substance misuse and Care Act eligible needs
– Young people who are due to transition between children and adults services in the above areas.

As part of this process, the Council is seeking the views and opinions of providers in these markets, both existing providers and those who do not currently contract with the Council.

Please note that this is not a tender process. The Council is currently undertaking preliminary research and this process does not constitute an offer of contract from either party.
